		<description>Sandy - I think the slide shows exactly where EA can be most effective for the organization - and at the same time it shows exactly why is scares the crap out of people.  Different thinking - about the organization, about how business is conducted, how to leverage assets throughout the business - are all required for effective EA, in my opinion.  Its powerful, and requires trust.  Both of these dynamics are threatening to the status quo...

Very interesting stuff... lots of change management, in technical and human terms.</description>
