<description>I have read previous posts and articles.
I have worked on process mapping and automation. When I finish the work and have the process in execution it is old and have to be redesigned again. The applications and solutions are too restritive to allow business process continuos enhancement.

Now we are working in an approach where we leave the process to run with minor restrictions/rules and these rules are periodicaly changed.
In this solution the mapping is performed by the process that tell us how the activities are being executed by the users.

We leave the process run (document and activities flow) and through the analysis of the documents the process can be mapped.

Now we are deploying the system using this approach. The core of the system is the document not the system.
