		<description>Many of the forms that I see accept a code only if the country is US, otherwise they block it; not so good if they&#039;re actually shipping something to you and your post office really expects to find a postal code on it.</description>

		<description>My favorite business rule these days (as a tester) is around the Zip / Postal Code.  The form might be progressive enough to have a list of all the countries in the world (with it&#039;s largest demographic&#039;s up at the top) but then insists that you put in a Zip/Postal Code. Lots of countries do not require such a thing. Vanuatu for instance.

It looks like at least one company (http://www.grcdi.nl/products.htm) has recognized this is an area of great confusion.  http://www.upu.int/post_code/en/postcodes.html is free though. :)</description>
