David Straus has started blogging; his second post is on having a vendor come in and do a proof of concept at your site with no advance information if you really want to understand what a product will do. Good advice for more than just business rules.

More on how IBM is using social networking behind the firewall, although I suspect that they haven’t yet productized most of this. I’ve written in the past about their mashup and bookmarking services, both of which have become products.
