Scary — apparently the US govt has the power to take your .com domain away if they don’t like your content, even if your content isn’t hosted in the US and isn’t intended for a US audience

Great post by Charlene Li of Forrester on social networks and how they’re composed of profiles, relationships, activities and business models. Click through to the associated presentation on Slideshare.

Thorough description of what analysts do. Based on this list and what I’ve been doing over the past few years, I’d have to say that I’m transitioning from “consultant” to “analyst”. Not sorry to lose the c-word, it has a bad reputation.

Helpful post to Charlene’s blog thank you. I wonder how Web 2.0 and social networking will affect enterprises. Will need to follow your blog for more insight into that question.
Check my posts from last year’s Enterprise 2.0 conference for more on this topic. I’ll be there again this year, moderating a panel; the conference is worthwhile if you’re looking at how social networking is impacting the enterprise.
Thanks Sandy for the heads up. Lots of content for me to work through!
