Great post on the realities of user-created mashups: they won’t. Would be even better if this blog had full feeds.

Using “human-powered services” (that is, manual task handling) instead of automating complex tasks until the volume dictates automation. This philosophy would put a lot of BPM projects into production a lot faster.
