		<description>I talk about the golden triangle of BPM, SOA and Enterprise Rules, and definitely BPM is a 'killer app'. It's a shame 'we've' not moved past technology sell, as really business drivers are king and the business case is the 'harsh mistress'. 

I also describe SOA as something to be conjugated. It is as much verb than noun and should become part of the living fabric of the enterprise.</description>
