A post on some fine points of the dangers of mixing gateway types, and mixing back edges with AND joins in BPMN. Not specific to SAP Netweaver BPM. You have to love an author who can write sentences such as "While token duplication cannot clearly be classified as erroneous, it is often undesirable and may even lead to non-deterministic behavior." Wonky formatting on this blog, however: the content is in a frame that has to be scrolled left to right in order to read sentences, quite annoying.
