Rashid Khan on how simulation is being oversold by vendors and analysts. I agree with him on this for the most part; his discussion of how BPMS do not accurately measure task time is identical to a conversation that I was having with a client yesterday about how their new BPMS is not going to be a personnel time-tracking system.
