I agree, however, that BPM-trained business analysts are worth their weight in gold.</description>

		<description>I agree that on face value, business analysts are not involved in sales or production, so can be perceived as &quot;extra&quot;, but when viewed for actual value, analysts trained in BPM can pay for themselves over and over.  As this article points out, not only can savings be realized through process management, but new revenue generating processes can come about that would not have without the business analyst role.</description>
