We have not yet decided how much upgrade /renewal will cost but the common industry practice is to charge about 20% /year.

Thanks for the comment Andy. I've been using Jungle Disk for over a year for the same purpose, and it works flawlessly. However, I notice that they've changed their pricing from the one-time $20 licence with perpetual upgrades (which I purchased, so never need to pay again) to $2/month subscription (plus Amazon costs). I notice that your pricing is $29 which includes only one year of upgrades, what is the upgrade plan after that?

Want to learn a new way to backup the data to S3? Try CloudBerry Backup. It is powered by Amazon S3 reliable and cost efficient storage. If you want to take
part in beta sign up on the website. What safer place to keep your files than Amazon's servers?
