Scott, for every couple of non-US organizations that will use US hosting, there are many, many more that won't. I'm not kidding that my Canadian banking customers will not host anything outside Canada, even a dedicated hosting environment, for anything that they do. It's too complicated for them to make an exception for this specific application since that requires that the security czars actually understand what the applications do, which they don't.

Sandy -
Good review and you pointed out exactly the issue that frustrates me (as a consultant) - the lack of login-portability or easily moving model ownership from one organization to another (when you want to model something on your account, then transfer ownership of it to a customer).

I suspect these will be addressed in future versions, but for the moment they slow down our ability to evangelize for these tools.

Your points on the non-US hosting are interesting - I know a couple of European organizations are making dramatically broad use of Blueprint without such hosting, and perhaps that is undercutting the impetus to have hosting in various locations around the world. As you point out, they don't run into the privacy issues because they are not dealing with specific customer information unless they are doing something very wrong :)
