Appian is hosting a webinar this week, Thursday at 11am Eastern, featuring Clay Richardson of Forrester discussing "Hitting the Lean BPM Target". Forrester has a Lean BPM index (anemic/lean/bloated) as we saw during their conference last fall, and Clay will apparently tell you all the secrets of how to hit the Lean bull's eye.
