These are my links for September 14th:

  • Cloud Computing - BurningBoats.com - Good compilation of posts defining cloud computing.
  • Welcome Gartner Analyst Blogs - Jeremiah Owyang, a Forrester analyst, blogs about the new blogging policies at Gartner and how that has led to about 50 Gartner analyst blogs launched last week. Unfortunately, the analysts covering BPM and SOA don't seem to be doing much yet.

These are my links for September 8th:

  • Welcome to the bxModeller Website - Open source BPMN to XPDL modeler. Via Keith Swenson.
  • SAP Network Blogs - NetWeaver BPM preview release is available for download. Too bad that their product management group didn't manage to get me a demo in the past months that I've been requesting one, and I had to feature other vendors' solutions in my BPM jump start session at SAP BPM 2008.

These are my links for August 20th:

  • Google Chrome Comic Book - And now, browsers can have their own comic books…
  • Michael Moore’s SLACKER UPRISING - The new Michael Moore film, available as a free download to US and Canadian residents for three weeks starting Sept. 23rd. Nice that’s it’s not US-only for a change, but we do consider him an honorary Canadian. :)
  • Flight Rights Canada - Transport Canada - Canadian air travelers rights, published by Transport Canada.
  • free-hotspot.com - Finding free wifi in Europe
  • InfoQ: Does My Bus Look Big in This? - Brilliant talk by Martin Fowler and Jim Webber on the current state of bloated integration-ware, and what to do about it. According to them, ESB = Erroneous Spaghetti Box…
  • Appian Insight - Appian starts blogging — only two posts so far, but good to have more vendors in the space. Via Scott Francis at bp-3.com

  • The Perfect Process Project eBook - Another new BPM book, this one in e-book format for about $12. Focuses on process project implementations: what's likely to go wrong and how to implement the ideal process and project.

del.icio.us links busted, again

For the second time recently, del.icio.us (or delicious.com, if you prefer) is not auto-posting my links as a daily posting here, posting some days and not others, so I’m trying out Postalicious. Expect some weirdness in the Links posts until I get this straightened out.

Here’s the links that didn’t get posted from the past few days:

If you read Column 2 via a feed reader and don’t want the links posts, there’s a feed that excludes those posts here.
